Installation
The most popular installation type for aluminium entrance mats is
dropping them into a recess in the floor.
Prior to installation, should make accurate measurements of mats in
accordance with recess.The allowance erro is ± 2mm.
Before the begainning of the installation, surface should be
relatively flat,smooth and level.
The area where mats are to be installed shoud be thoroughly cleaned
and any sharp objects, dirt, dust removed.
- CLEAN THE FLOOR SURFACE TO REMOVE ALL DIRTAND DEBRIS.
- LOCATE AND MARK FINAL LOCATION IN WHICH THE MAT WILL BE PLACED.
- ASSEMBLE FRAME
- UNROLL MAT INTO THE RECESS OF THE FRAMES
Maintenance
The performance of entrance mats is dependent how well it is
maintained.Aluminium mat should be regularly cleaned and maintained
to ensure the effective performance, as well as ensuring a long
life span for the product. A planned maintenance programme should
be developed in relation to the amount of traffice passing over the
